Wet and Dry AMD
There are two forms of Age Related Macular Degeneration: wet and dry. The wet form is a result of new blood vessels behind the retina growing abnormally. Because the blood vessels are new, they are very weak and often secrete blood and fluid. There is no way how to stop macular degeneration for wet. The blood and fluid cause the macula to be raised from its normal position, which causes immediate, rapid damage.
